Date: 25th of January, 2024.
Description: A mock Snapchat post, with three characters from SotT (Alo, Era, and Addie, from front to back) clearly visible in the shot. Era and Alo look into the camera, while Addie has her back to it. She seems to be looking at a silhouette in the back of the shot.
For this, I kind of just wanted to make a silly drawing, parodying a scene from the first draft of the actual story. In the story, the silhouette is one of the main characters, who undergoes something similar to possession, but by technically inanimate objects (apples from a tree).

Date: 14th of February, 2024. Of course, it’s from Valentine’s Day.
Description: A Valentine’s Day handout card with a desaturated purple background. One of the characters from SotT, named Alo, is winking and forming a two-finger heart. To the right is white text that reads, “I would ignore the alien mold for you.” The character’s silhouette is roughly filled in with a lilac color, and the text has a round shape behind it in the same color.
This is kind of hard to understand without a lot of context, but the short version is that Alo mispronounces a lunar event and instead of calling it an “Alim Moon,” calls it an “alien mold.” I wanted to draw something humorous for Valentine’s Day, so I picked one of Alo’s comedic moments and tried to capture it into a Valentine’s card.
Details: SotT is the acronym for the working title of a writing project that I began writing with a friend just about three years ago. The story takes place in a fantasy setting, focusing mostly on elements of adventure and humor. These drawings were created for fun, based off of the events of the story, though the plotline is now potentially getting a retcon. Currently, the first draft of the original plot is at approximately 43,000 words.
