about

Hello and welcome to my own personal maelstrom of artistic content. My name is Hanbi Gim, and I’m a Korean student based in the United States of America.

I enjoy writing and drawing (as you can see on this site) as well as composing and playing music (which is, as of now, not on this site). My more academic areas of interest are spread out, but are recently centered around neuropsychology, biology, and engineering. I am also teaching myself some Mandarin Chinese and German, as language and languages are fun to learn about.

I like to incorporate my knowledge and interests into my art (both of the kind with words and the kind without), but lying is also my passion (read: fiction writing). I try to mix both to the best of my ability.

Bonus: The credit for my username tabamilk goes to that time I poured Tabasco hot sauce into a combination of whole milk, 2% milkfat milk, chocolate milk, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice to make instant spoiled milk the color of orange mud. People that were at the summer school programs with me might see where this is coming from (or have seen it in-person).
